Bike-a-Thon Prizes
Get ready—there are tons of amazing prizes up for grabs, and the earlier you jump in, the better your chances!
To reward students who get their pledges in early, we’ll be holding three exciting Early-Bird draws! To qualify, pledges must be submitted by the Friday before each draw date—so don’t wait!
Here’s how it works:

Every time you bring in pledges, your name gets entered into a weekly prize draw.

You’ll earn 1 entry for every $20 collected, which means the more you raise, the more chances you have to win!

If your name is drawn, you’ll get to pick your favorite reward from our awesome “Pick-a-Prize” selection.
For Early-Bird draws, make sure your pledge forms AND money are submitted together to be eligible.
Each week, draws will be held for three groups:

Group A: Pre-K, Kindergarten & Grade 1

Group B: Grades 2, 3 & 4

Group C: Grades 5, 6, 7 & 8

For every $20 donation, donors will receive 1 entry into the draw. (For example, donate $100 and receive 5 entries). All donors who contribute $20 or more will be eligible for a chance to win! The more you donate, the more entries you will receive. The lucky winner will be drawn once all pledges have been collected.
Early Bird Prizes
Will take place once a week and 3 winners will be selected from each of the 3 groups of students.
Group A: Pre-K, Kindergarten & Grade 1
Group B: Grades 2, 3 & 4
Group C: Grades 5, 6, 7 & 8
Students will receive 1 entry per every $20 collected in pledges.
*Pledge money must be submitted with the pledge forms on or prior to the Friday before the draw to be included.
Draw dates are:

April 27th (must be received by April 24)

May 4th (collected between Apr 27 - May 1)

May 11th (collected between May 4 - 8)
Each winner will be invited to choose a prize from the 'Pick-a-Prize' list.
Top Individual Fundraiser (by Group)
The top fundraiser from each of the 3 groups (Groups A, B & C) will receive a $75 gift card to any store, attraction or Winnipeg experience of their choice.
Weekly Class Prizes
Each week, the class that raises the most funds will receive a special cool treat.
200 Club
Any student bringing in $200 or more in pledges will automatically become a member of our 200 elite club! Students will receive a medal for their efforts.
Class Trophy
The coveted Bike-a-Thon trophy is awarded to the class that raises the most money overall!
Class Individual Laps
Medals will be presented to the first and second place finishers (Girls & Boys) in each grade with the most laps completed.
